Aim: To prepare, evaluate and submit clear Cleansing Gel.
Requirements: Beaker, Stirrer, Water bath and Suitable container.
Chemicals: Triethanolamine Lauryl Sulphate, Sodium Carboxy methyl cellulose, Perfume and Water.
Formulation consideration: Triethanolamine Lauryl Sulphate is a good cleansing agent. It is mild and non-irritating to the skin. Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose is used as the water-soluble gelling agent.

Procedure:
- Weigh the required quantity of Sodium CMC in a dry beaker then add water and keep for a soaking. Heat it to dissolve if necessary. Then add a weighed quantity of Triethanolamine lauryl sulphate to the above mixture. Stir slowly to avoid foaming.
- Add perfume and fill in a collapsible tube.
Label: For external use only.
Storage: Store in a cool and dry place.
Packaging: Packed in a wide-mouth bottle.
Use: Removes oil and dirt
Direction: Apply on the Face and Neck.
